Turns out it was 'Use hardware acceleration when available' under Advanced Settings, fixed by turning it off. This problem does not happen if I use Internet Explorer/Microsoft Edge, only on Google Chrome. I'm unable to do a Windows Update restore because it's been over 10 Days since the last update, which is longer than the 4 or 5 days I've been having the Checkerboard problem. I have Cleared Cache/History/Download History, done a Full Virus/Malware Scan with no results, Reset Chrome's Settings, Uninstalled all Extensions, Uninstalled Google Chrome and used CCleaner to wipe residual uninstall junk files, restarted my computer, and installed a Fresh Copy of Google Chrome to no change.

If anyone can help me out, that’d be great! I can’t even use some websites because it wont let me see the content of the page.

This issue started happening 2 Updates ago. I’ve tried uninstalling my Extensions, updating Chrome, changing the zoom on the page, and restarting my computer. Occasionally and without pattern, if it’s on a Fillable Field and I click or hover on the field, the transparent checkerboard begins to ‘flash’ on and off. It also seems to change slightly if I adjust the Zoom on a page. It only affects certain areas of a Webpage and not all text.

There seems to be an ‘Overlay’ of a White or Transparent Checkerboard over some of the content on a Webpage. I’ve been having a problem that’s resulting in the inability to use Google Chrome.
